One wonders exactly when and where the war in Iraq will stop. When will the cost outweigh the benefit? I honestly believe that the Iraqi’s deserve the freedom that we have brought, but at what point is enough enough? I have friends over in Iraq. My prayers go up daily for their safe returns to their families, their loved ones, and even to me. I can’t stand the thought of actually losing them. But ultimately the bigger loss will be felt by their next generation, their kids. How do you explain a mom or a dad not coming home? To those kids out there who are going through this, like your fallen parent, you are my heroes for having the courage to face life every morning with that loss. God bless you and I’m still praying.

Brian Nicholas was captured today. Yesterday, he got so much news it was pathetic. The only thing I could think of was how stupid the talking heads were dealing with a criminal that wouldn’t make it outside of Atlanta Metro. Turns out I was right. Criminals, including this one, are notoriously stupid.
